Lynette Tong is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) conferred by ICF (International Coach Federation), an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessor and founder of Soul-Epiphany Coaching.

Soul-Epiphany Coaching embraces a wholistic, consultative approach towards building sustainable coaching cultures within organizations, life and executive coaching for individuals and teams. In addition, Lynette has keen interests in supporting women through various personal moments, career and leadership transitions, so as to enable them to achieve their ultimate dreams, goals and purposes in life.

With more than 15 years of experiences in the learning and development field and strategic HR, working amongst top Fortune 100 Companies, MNCs, and management leaders, Lynette has coached clients to shift them from areas of self-doubt, lack and relationship struggles, to places where true self-awareness, purpose and freedom are achieved.

Lynette is at the same time a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, Time Line Therapy^TM Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She is well-versed and known to apply assessment and psychometric tools, such as MBTI, PCSI(Personal Coaching Styles Inventory), 360 degrees feedback and EQ assessments as part of her coaching conversations with Clients.

Her coaching philosophy revolves around the firm belief which is: The path to success, starts when you score these 3‘A’s. Awareness (self), Acceptance and Adjustment as you progress.

Prior to becoming a coach, Lynette spent more than 6 years, leading the Asia Training and Development function for a Swiss-based Private Bank. Her passion in people development and coaching, combined with the support from her family, friends and clients, then propelled her to pursue her dream of setting up her own coaching and consultancy practice. Apart from coaching clients, Lynette is actively involved in ministerial and volunteering activities under the Women’s Society of Christian Service (WSCS).

Married with one adorable kid, and based in Singapore, you will find her browsing books in bookstores, enjoying topics on self-help, recipes and more often exploring the culinary departments of shopping malls!
